Talent Development

At TSC, human talent management is fundamental to our business strategy. During 2023, we reinforce our commitment to an inclusive and safe environment that encourages professional development. Highlights include our annual training plan in various areas and the creation of a Leadership School to strengthen the soft skills and capabilities of our collaborators.

Community Support

We implement educational and training programs to strengthen communities. Our actions include the creation of 6 self-sustaining soup kitchens in 2023, the installation of water tanks in vulnerable areas and the "Making Help" volunteering, which delivered 2,000 blankets to communities in cold climates. These initiatives reflect our commitment to social well-being and sustainable development.

Ambiental

Energy and decarbonization

At TSC we are committed to the efficient use of energy and the reduction of carbon emissions. Between 2022 and 2023 we managed to reduce electricity consumption by 26%. By 2030, we seek to reduce our direct carbon footprint by 42% and our indirect carbon footprint by 37%, aligning ourselves with the Science Based Target Initiative (SBTi) methodology for a sustainable future.

Water Efficiency

At TSC we recognize the importance of water as a vital resource, which is why we have implemented a sustainable laundry system. We incorporate technologies such as ozone abrasion, which reduces the water required for washing, and washing with nanoparticles, which further optimizes its consumption. These initiatives support our goal of reducing water consumption by 30% by 2030.

Waste Management

At TSC, we comprehensively manage our solid waste, complying with regulation scurrent and adopting a circular economy approach. 100% of our textile waste segregated are valued as raw material for the production of other products textiles, such as blankets. In addition, we valorize cardboard, paper and plastic through companies authorized, reducing waste destined for final disposal in landfills.

Chemical Management

We are committed to the environment and the well-being of our collaborators, prioritizing the use of inputs and chemical products with low environmental and healthy impact. We have the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certification, which ensures that Our organic production follows sustainable practices, and we are aligned with the list REACH, focused on the regulation of chemical products.
